For ensuring the performance of the formed corrugated pipe products, online belling is now made possible. The entire line is equipped with a Siemens PLC system, which allows for efficient control and operation processes to be seamlessly integrated.

The newly designed closed molding machine features a special high-efficiency cooling system tailored for forming aluminum modules. This innovation significantly enhances the cooling efficiency during the production of corrugated pipe products.

A high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine is accompanied by a professionally designed corrugated pipe extrusion mold. This combination allows for large-scale, stable extrusion processes.

The modules exhibit good interchangeability. The aluminum forming modules are constructed using LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum material with a copper content of at least 5%. Utilizing a precision pressure casting process and high-density material, these modules are free from light pores and resistant to deformation even during prolonged use. They can be customized to accommodate various waveform schemes according to user specifications.

Moreover, the machine is equipped with an automatic DWC cutter featuring computer control. This system ensures accurate cutting positions, stable operation, and user-friendly controls for seamless operation.
